Meet Two Great Old Women . . . The Oldest Woman in the World, and the Oldest Woman on Facebook

It’s time to meet two of the GREATEST OLD BROADS in America.

First is the oldest person in the WORLD. On Sunday, Besse Cooper of Monroe, Georgia turned 116. Besse was born in 1896 and is only the eighth person EVER to hit 116 years old.

Besse was married in 1924 . . . her husband died in 1963. She says her secret to longevity is, quote, “I mind my own business. And I don’t eat junk food.” In other words . . . you’re not going to make it to 116.

The other old woman of the day is 101-year-old Florence Detlor of Menlo Park, California, who’s been certified as the oldest woman ON FACEBOOK. She joined Facebook three years ago.

Yesterday morning, she even got to go to the Facebook headquarters and meet MARK ZUCKERBERG and the Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg.
