A Filmmaker Recorded Himself as a Kid Asking His Future Self Questions . . . and Edited It So It Looks Like He’s Interviewing Himself

Here’s a weird idea: A filmmaker named Jeremiah McDonald made a video of himself back in 1992 when he was a dorky 12-year-old, and asked his future self a bunch of questions.

And now he combined it with new footage, so it seems like he’s interviewing himself. It’s actually pretty funny. He posted the finished product on YouTube.

My TCS printpanicback A Guy Climbed a Tree to Hang Up a Swing for His Daughter . . . and the Fire Department Had to Rescue Him

Here’s an example of how being a good parent can backfire sometimes: A guy in Lincoln, Nebraska climbed a tree to hang up a swing for his daughter . . . but couldn’t get back down.

So his fiancée called the fire department to come rescue him, and started filming it because she thought it was hilarious. Then their neighbors came outside to watch.

He actually seemed pretty scared, but once they got a ladder up to him, he stepped onto it . . . then finished hanging the swing before he came down.

20 minutes of fireworks go off in 30 seconds

If you haven’t seen the footage yet, a glitch caused San Diego’s entire 20-minute fireworks show to go off in under 30 seconds on Wednesday night.

According to the company who put it on, the glitch happened because of either a corrupted computer file, or a virus.

The police in Queensland, Australia are going to get a LOT of help finding this woman who robbed a gas station yesterday morning.

But not because they’re necessarily fans of law or justice. No . . . primarily because the thief is a blonde woman with GIGANTIC BREASTS, and she robbed the gas station in a shirt that’s so low-cut those gigantic breasts are spilling out of it.

She looks like she’s in her 20s, and early yesterday morning she robbed the place at knifepoint. She’s wearing a black cap over her blonde hair, but it doesn’t cover her face . . . maybe she thought her breasts would be a distraction?

The cops say she got away with a “small” amount of money.

No one was hurt in the robbery. Police have released the surveillance tape of the robbery, but they’re still looking for her.

On Wednesday, the original Montford Point Marines and their surviving family members flew to Washington D.C. to receive medals from Congress.

They may not be as well-known as the Tuskegee Airmen, but the Montford Point Marines were the first blacks to serve in the U.S. Marine Corps, back in World War Two.

Montford Point is the name of the segregated camp in North Carolina where they trained. After that, they were sent to the Pacific and fought in three of the bloodiest battles of the war: Iwo Jima, Saipan, and Okinawa.

Their performance in the battles was one of the factors that led to President Truman’s decision to desegregate the Armed Forces in 1948.

After nearly 70 years, Congress finally awarded them with the nation’s highest civilian honor . . . the Congressional Gold Medal.
